Reporting Requirements from your signed grant agreement:

4.1  Full financial accounting of these grant funds and narrative reports on the grant-supported projects are required as a condition of this grant.  To comply with federal reporting requirements, Subrecipient shall detail expenditures of grant money in an excel spreadsheet and provide images or PDF files of the receipts.  The report shall be uploaded via the DRCI website no later than 11/15/2022.  If Subrecipient has questions about what evidence will suffice, please contact DRCI as soon as possible.

4.2  The report shall include demographic and income level information when grant dollars directly benefit individuals with food, housing, education, health and/or childcare.

4.3  No application for future grants will be accepted if the reporting requirements for the grant have not been met.
