As the Marketing and Operations Manager of The Don Ryan Center (DRC) Kristin brings more than 25 years of experience in creating an entrepreneurial culture for both start-ups and growing companies.

Kristin manages all projects involving new customer implementation, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of programs and new initiatives at the DRC.  Specializing in operations, marketing and branding, her primary focus is on membership growth, marketing and general business support.

Kristin spent 5 years at Alpha Loft in New Hampshire, a company that incubates and accelerates startup and early-stage companies creating an entrepreneurial culture of growing companies. As Manager of Communications of their 4 locations she was responsible for office and financial management, administration, marketing, communications and member growth.

Before joining DRC, Kristin spent 6 years as the Operations Manager at Unified Office, a graduate of Alpha Loft’s business incubator in New Hampshire. As a proven entrepreneur and business builder, Kristin successfully assisted in launching the company to become a leading Managed Services Provider of Business Class Communications.

Kristin attended Pace University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
