Brad Barnett
Brad Barnett is the Heroes Program Director for the Don Ryan Center for Innovation. As a career USAF Command Pilot holding key leadership positions in the US and NATO, Brad brings over 32 years of extensive plans & program management experience in Joint and International Organizations including 3+ years of Instructional Design experience in a university environment. While working in Italy for 14 years, his focus was on bringing new programs and facilities to existing and remote locations. Brad’s unique expertise in international agreements and negotiations with key leaders resulted in bringing several multi-billion-dollar programs and facilities on-line across Europe and Africa.
As the Heroes Program Director he will leverage his experience to provide an opportunity for diverse groups of people and organizations to assist our local Heroes start or expand businesses and prepare for future challenges. He will continue working to turn around and revitalize struggling programs which lack programmatic and budgetary compliance and those with failures in international and business relationships.
In addition to Brad’s extensive leadership background and flying experience in both civilian and military aircraft, he has earned three master’s degrees inHealthcare Administration Management & Leadership, Military Operational Art and Human Resource Development & Personnel Management
